Service Level of luxury brands:
- Customer service and communications at levels you’d expect if you experience luxury brands such as Bentley.
- At Check-In we hand over a welcome pack = a card with best wishes in your new home and a welcome gift.
- At Check-Out – if appropriate we hand over a card to thank tenants for their tenancy and best wishes in the next chapter of their life.
- We will co-ordinate appointments with Property Owners or their Agent & Tenants if wanted. We will collection and return keys whenever necessary.
- All appointments met within 10 mins of the agreed appointment time, updates and reminders sent via sms 2 days prior. An update sms is sent confirming expected time of arrival on the day of appointment. A confirmation call or sms is initiated after an appointment to the property owner or their agent.
- Visit reports signed on day of visit by tenants if they are attending.
- Reports processed and emailed in PDF with photos within 24 hrs or same day if needed.
Quality Orientated:
- Full description of condition of assets to clarify wear & tear. E.g. Used and free of defects or damage Or As new. Or Colour worn on front edge and 1 x chip on RHS rear corner.
- Wear & Tear assessments based on training and life experience of raising 2 x children, living in a very well presented home for over 29 years which is clean, tidy and free from damage. We have had all the equipment moving in and out of the house for hobbies such as dancing, cycling, hiking, fitness, owning a dog for 16 years, musical children playing guitar with amps, keyboards, flute so I know what can be done to protect property and what wear and tear looks like first hand.
- Our personal presentation standards are very high and our dress code attending appointments is shirt, jacket/blazer, trousers and shoes.
- Shoes are always offered to be removed on entry of the property when dry, when wet they are always removed or covered on entry.
- Pre-check out advice is sent to tenants to help ensure a smooth move.
- Diary reminder service for check-out and property visit appointments is available if needed.
Value for money and appreciation for ongoing business:
- Entire apartment block contracts receive an impressive concession.
- A free monitoring 20 minute property visit is made at between 3 - 5 months into the new tenancy if a complete suite of bookings is made for a tenancy. e.g. Inventory, Check-in and check-out are all booked at commencement of tenancy.
- When it is practicle to perform an Inventory & Check-in on the same day, a concession is offered.
- Tokens of appreciation for ongoing business are given from the Virgin Experience catalogue or similar catalogues after every 4th seperate visit is completed. This is any combination of Inventory, Check-in or Check-out. (Combined Inventory & Check-In or Out counts as one visit)
- Price match guarantee – On satisfactory proof of prices you are paying to a current provider, we will match them and deliver the service level described above in full.
