The three deposit scheme protection providers publish good advice and informative case studies of their adjudications. There are some very good examples and well worth reading a few of them. You will be suprised by the results of several of the cases. Of course, the best way is to avoid the risk of a dispute in the first place by using a good qualitry, detailed inventory process and follow the appropriate steps. More often than not, the quality of our property reports prevents there being any opportunity for a dispute. At the very least, the evidence we provide will enable the adjucators to make a quick and fair decision.
